2014 Irishman Cask Strength Released

THE IRISHMAN ANNOUNCE NEW CASK STRENGTH RELEASE

Straight off the back of the hugely successful Sod Turning event of their €25 million Distillery project, Walsh Whiskey Distillery now announce the release of their new limited edition cask strength in The Irishman Whiskey range.

The 2014 expression is limited to 2,790 bottles worldwide and is a vatting of aged Single Pot Still and aged Single Malt, triple distilled, and carefully matured in American Bourbon Oak Casks to showcase the summit in Ultra-Premium Cask Strength Irish Whiskey.

This year the Cask Strength comes at 54% vol. and is natural & non-chill filtered to bring to you that authentic experience that a Cask Strength should.  Delivering a succulent combination of smooth bourbon yielding to the underlying light malt.
